Addressing Community Needs
The North Shore Black Clergy Alliance is committed to fostering positive change within our community. We recognize the challenges our neighbors face and are dedicated to collaborative initiatives that promote health, civic well-being, and economic opportunity in Lynn and the North Shore of Massachusetts.

The Challenges We Face
Our community faces significant hurdles in several key areas:
- Affordable Housing: The crisis of available and affordable rental units has grown, placing a strain on families and individuals.
 - Financial Security: Limits on employment and financial security have led to widespread food insecurity, disproportionately affecting Black households.
 - Funding Cuts: Recent reductions and eliminations of federal funding are producing seismic repercussions, further eroding the financial stability of families.
 - Immigrant Rights: The rights and safety, the basic human rights, of our immigrant members are being challenged and eroded.

Our Commitment to Lynn
The North Shore Black Clergy Alliance is deeply rooted in Lynn, Massachusetts, and we are committed to working collaboratively with community organizations focused on housing, development, and other local issues. We believe that by engaging directly with these groups, we can create meaningful and lasting change.
